Shipping Policy
We provide domestic delivery to all governorates within Egypt. All orders are processed within 24 hours of placement.
- Cairo & Giza: 2 to 3 business days.
- Other Governorates: 3 to 5 business days.
- Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on location.

Payment Method
Currently, we only support Cash on Delivery (COD) for all domestic orders. You can inspect your package upon delivery to ensure item integrity.

Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return under the following conditions:
- Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, and with all original tags attached.
- The customer bears the shipping fees for returns unless there is a manufacturing defect.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and product photos. Our team will respond within 48 hours to coordinate the pickup process.
